Infrastructure¶
Our cloud infrastructure
- European servers are located in data centers in Paris (France)
- All API data is exchanged over HTTPS / WSS with our servers in our data centers
- All live data streams (video, audio and shared content) are encrypted and exchanged peer-to-peer between Vitres (WebRTC protocol)
Data collection
- Video streams and shared content are live data that are not persisted on any Vitre device or server
- The only personal information saved is the user ID, email, first name and last name of users connecting to Companion services
